      This presentation helps the participant identify symptoms of drug allergies, develop strategies for continuing treatment after allergy is identified, and helps identify “culprit” drugs involved in allergic reactions.


      After completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
      • Identify symptoms of drug allergies in patients who exhibit possible allergic reactions
      • Develop strategies for continuation of pharmacologic treatment after allergy is identified
      • Identify "culprit" drugs involved in reactions
