PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This educational program provides information on liver function and metabolism, the causes and presentation of cirrhosis, and guidance for the management of patients who develop cirrhosis.
FORMAT Choose video or audio delivery. Video: Video format requires Google Chrome; each video purchase can be viewed two times within 6 months of purchase. Rewind and fast-forward options available to ensure understanding. Audio: Each audio purchase is accessible for 2 years from the date of purchase.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be able to:
- Define two functions of the liver
- State two “musts” that are important at the time of cirrhosis diagnosis
- Name four complications of cirrhosis
