APEA
APEA is today's premier automated NP testing solution. APEA’s online testing is student oriented, easy to use, and presents users with a logical testing methodology robust enough to assist you with the complexity of preparing for the NP Certification Exam.
APEA offers two types of Online Prep Exams:
Interactive Practice Mode consists of 60 questions. The sample questions presented are randomly selected from our database of thousands of prep exam questions. The Practice Mode questions are organized by content category and represent the types of questions included in the Certification Exam. Using our system can help you to become familiar with the question types you will find on the Certification Exam.
Once in "Practice Mode", you will be given 60 questions, which will provide you with immediate feedback on your answers. If your answer is correct, "That is correct" will appear inside a grey box along with the rationale; if your answer is incorrect, "Sorry that is incorrect. The correct answer is _" will appear inside a grey box along with the rationale. At the end of the practice exam, your percentage of correct answers is calculated as well as your percentage within each category of the exam and displayed for your reference. Please note that questions are randomly pulled from our database, you will receive an equal number of questions from all of our 15 categories. If you register for more than one online exam, you may or may not receive one or more of the same questions.
These questions do not represent the length of the actual certification test or the exact format of the actual certification exam test questions. They are presented in a format specifically designed for the Web.
Full Exam Mode consists of 150 questions. Unlike "Practice Mode", "Full Exam Mode" does not give the user immediate feedback. It is designed to give users the experience of a complete practice certification exam. This mode also presents questions that are randomly organized by content category.
Upon completion of the "Full Exam Mode", your percentage of correct answers will be calculated as well as your percentage within each category of the exam and will be displayed for your reference. Questions that are answered incorrectly will also be displayed at the end of the exam along with the rationale. Please note that questions are randomly pulled from our database, you will receive an equal number of questions from all of our 15 categories. If you register for more than one online exam, you may or may not receive one or more of the same questions.
